Your first month with us is designed to give you a step-by-step learning path β so you gain confidence in our products, processes, and sales techniques.
This roadmap ensures you are client-ready within 4 weeks.
π Week 1 β Orientation & Product Basics
- Introduction to Merciglobalβs vision, mission, and values.
- Company history and milestones.
- Overview of our industries and customer base.
- Basic introduction to LoomShakti and Merciglobal Cloud ERP.
- Setup of tools: CRM Sutra, demo logins, email, WhatsApp templates.
Goal: Understand who we are, what we sell, and how we are positioned.
π Week 2 β Deep Dive into Products & Sales Process
- Detailed walkthrough of LoomShakti modules (loom allocation, job work, QC).
- Detailed walkthrough of Cloud ERP modules (CRM, PPC, inventory, finance, add-ons).
- Learn common objections and responses.
- Practice lead qualification and first call scripts.
- Observe 1β2 demo sessions led by senior salespersons.
Goal: Be able to explain our products in simple terms and start engaging leads.
π Week 3 β Shadowing & Roleplay
- Shadow senior sales executives on client meetings and demos.
- Roleplay sessions for:
- Cold calls.
- First client meetings.
- Demo presentations.
- Learn documentation process (proposals, contracts, CRM updates).
- Introduction to pricing and negotiation basics.
Goal: Gain confidence in real-world scenarios with guided practice.
π Week 4 β Independent Client Handling
- Handle your first client calls independently.
- Conduct at least 1 demo under supervision.
- Prepare and send your first proposal (with review).
- Weekly review with manager for feedback and improvement.
Goal: Be ready to manage leads and demos independently with minimal guidance.
π At the End of Onboarding
By the end of 4 weeks, you should be able to:
- Introduce Merciglobal and its products clearly.
- Use CRM Sutra confidently for leads and follow-ups.
- Conduct demos for LoomShakti and Cloud ERP.
- Handle common objections with confidence.
- Move prospects down the funnel towards closing.
